Shipping
What Information Should I include?
First, please be sure to have an account set up on our site. Then, include our service printout with your order, ensuring that your Name, IG handle, e-Mail address, and return address are on the form. Please include how many cards for each service level are included in the details.
Will I receive a confirmation that my packages have been received?
Yes. Confirmation of packages being received will be sent via DM once they are opened. From there, you will know your package has made it to PSA when your submission number shows up on your accounts page.
How Should I Package My Cards?
Cards must be sent in CLEAN Card saver 1’s or Toploaders. You will be charged $.50/per card for any cards that arrive to us without any kind of top loader.
When are service fees collected for orders?
Service fees for all orders are collected when your order is complete.
NONPAYMENT:
Payments are due immediately upon receiving confirmation of order completion. If you do not pay within 14 days, your cards will go to consignment to pay off the outstanding balance. If there is a remaining balance from proceeds, you will get paid the difference minus the consignment fee.

May I include multiple service levels?
Yes. Multiple Service Levels may be included in one package, but the cards must be separated and clearly labeled in the package.
Will I be charged a return shipping fee by Sports Card Mafia?
Yes. Return shipping will be charged upon packing all newly completed orders. We ship all return packages via USPS Priority Mail. If you choose to add insurance to your return shipping package, it is $1.75 per $100 of coverage. Sports Card Mafia is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in the mail.
Turn Around Times
What is the current turn around time for 5 Day Service?
For 5 Day Service, the average turn around time is 12 to 14 Business Days from the time of check-in at PSA. All service times are estimates from the time it hits the system at PSA, not from when you ship your cards out. PSA does not guarantee turn around times.
What is the current turn around time for Economy Service?
For Economy Service, the average turn around time is 4 Months from the time of check-in at PSA. All service times are estimates from the time it hits the system at PSA, not from when you ship your cards out. PSA does not guarantee turn around times.
What is the current turn around time for Bulk Service?
For Bulk Service, the average turn around time is 6 to 7 Months from the time of check-in at PSA. All service times are estimates from the time it hits the system at PSA, not from when you ship your cards out. PSA does not guarantee turn around times.
When do you deliver to PSA?
We deliver all orders directly to PSA every Wednesday.
Behind The Scenes
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will be able to access and track all your orders from the Order Tracker Section of our website. It is constantly up to date, so whatever you see is the current status of your order. Please do not message us asking for order updates, as they will not be answered.
How does Sports Card Mafia Evaluate card submissions?
Bulk cards get submitted as is. We evaluate all cards submitted for Economy and higher service. Our Team will use our best judgement to only send through what we feel to be at least a 9 or better grade.
How to determine the max declared value per card?
The biggest thing to remember is that the Max Declared Value for PSA is always based on the Graded Card Value, not the raw value. The easiest way to get an idea of your max declared value for a card is usually by using eBay sold comps.
Do you guarantee grades?
We can not guarantee any grades on cards. We do not guarantee that there will not be some cards that grade lower than a 9. Our goal is to make sure you are getting the highest possible grades on all submissions.
What is a personal Order?
Personal orders are any single orders sent in consisting of 100 or more cards. These will go by themselves with their own order #!
What happens to cards that are held back?
You pay return shipping for any cards held back. Standard First Class Mail for return shipping is $4.50. We return all holdbacks bi-weekly. Sports Card Mafia will no longer store holdbacks for return shipping with finished orders.
